AB  - Characterizing the emergent collective behaviours of modern microprocessors (shared L3 caches in RaptorLake and Zen4 architectures) by exciting and measuring their metastable oscillation modes. After thermal and software-artifact compensation, the method extracts hardware signatures stable to 98.2%, enabling early detection of silicon aging and NIST SP800-90B-aligned certifiable entropy.
